About Us

Hello! I’m Trisha, I live on Vancouver Island with my husband and children. 7 of them! Yup, 7! Our oldest 2 boys have spread their wings and left the nest. 5 at home. I also homeschool them, which is busy but our dogs love having us around all the time!
My passion is my family and included is of course our dogs! They are family, fed well, well cared for and loved on so much!
I wanted to breed French Bulldogs for years before starting, did tons of research and talked to a lot of breeders of all different breeds.  Anyone who knows me, knows I love to research, some may say a bit obsessively but I don’t think so 😉

I started with breeding Australian Shepherds before diving into French Bulldogs, which are much more complicated. A lot more hands on and a lot more learning! But I love it! 

I breed for Health, temperament and structure. My dogs are all Health tested and assessed. French Bulldogs are notorious for health issues. No sugar coating it, even the best bred Frenchie can have health issues. Everything we love about them, their short, stumpy body and adorable flat faces can cause health problems. I STRONGLY advise having pet insurance.
I set out to produce the healthiest I can. I prefer a slightly longer body and a bit of a nose. This can help with back and breathing issues.
My dogs are treated like royalty. They sleep on our beds (once they’re house trained), they travel with us, run day to day errands with us and fed super healthy foods! I feed raw and high quality Fromm kibble. Topped with veggies, sometimes a bit of cottage cheese, and supplements. NuVet vitamins, omega chew or oil, probiotics are added everyday. I lost my 5 yr old German Shepherd to cancer, it was heartbreaking. I read that fresh vegetables can lower the chances of cancer in dogs. Since then I’ve always given my dogs veggies. Carrots, grated zucchini, sweet potato, squash, frozen crushed up spinach or kale. They love them!

French Bulldogs have always had a spot in my heart. Their snorts and funny little run just grabs me! They’re funny little creatures! They’re the perfect size, 25-30 lbs on average. They love their people, want to be with them. My lap is never empty, nor do I go to the bathroom alone 😂 They are friendly but would also give their life to save you, incredibly brave. They’re easy going and just go with it. They travel well. Love to sleep and laze on the sofa if you are.
BUT go in with your eyes WIDE open.
The fart, burp and sneeze right in your face! They snore.They can have sensitive tummies and it’s not always easy finding the right food. They are fair weather fellows, don’t do well with extreme heat (neither do I ) or cold (again nor do I) but who doesn’t love a Frenchie in a jacket?! They are STUBBORN! No, that’s an understatement. I am stubborn, they top that. They reign supreme at stubbornness!
